The Culture for All Service promotes cultural services that are inclusive and take diverse audiences into account. We offer information and tools for workers in the cultural field to improve accessibility and knowledge between cultures.
We gladly offer up our cooperation. Besides art and cultural organizations, we also collaborate with different audience groups. Our service operates nationwide in Finland and we also actively engage in international cooperation.
We provide training and perform customized accessibility surveys. We maintain an international e-mailing list for sharing information about current affairs in the Nordic languages and English. We produce web publications for cultural operators mostly in Finnish, but when possible, also in English and Swedish.
The Culture for All Service was launched in 2003 and is run by the Community Relations and Development Department KEHYS of the Finnish National Gallery. The service is supported by the Finnish Museums Association and the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture.
The service has 1-3 fixed-term employees. The office is located in the Ateneum building on Kaivokatu in the center of Helsinki.
